Recently, I stumbled across an interesting article about
using bodyweight exercises to burn off body fat.

The star of the article lost 133 pounds and reduced his body fat down to 6.5%.

He says, "If you can’t do 20 strict form push-ups and chin-ups, then you shouldn’t think about touching a dumbbell. Bodyweight exercises are enough to build the body that women really want."
